Returns
We want you to love your Kinikove pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
- Store credit only - we do not offer cash refunds
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and hygiene liner intact
- Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale are eligible for store credit on the amount paid for the item only - shipping costs are non-refundable
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Return shipping is at your expense and is non-refundable
- We recommend keeping your tracking details as Kinikove is not liable for returns lost in transit
- Please allow 2–3 business days for your return to be reviewed once received
- Items that do not meet our conditions will be returned to sender
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and hygiene liner intact
- Each order is entitled to one complimentary exchange only - no further exchanges can be requested for the same order
- Should a second exchange be requested, all associated shipping costs are at the customer's expense
- Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale are eligible for store credit only
- Clearance items are final sale
Faulty Items
We take quality seriously and every piece is thoroughly checked before it leaves us. In the rare instance that you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at kinikove@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- All faulty item claims are subject to assessment by our team
- The item must be returned to us in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and without further damage or staining — before any claim can be processed
- Items returned in a condition that differs from how they were received will not be deemed faulty and will be returned to sender
- If an item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a full replacement or refund at our discretion
- Kinikove is not responsible for damage caused by machine washing, laundry products, or general wear — this includes staining, bleaching, dye leaking, or items caught in a washing machine
- To keep your pieces in their best condition, we always recommend a cold hand wash
international orders
We're so glad to be shipping Kinikove around the world. Please note that all international orders are final sale - we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges on orders shipped outside of Australia
A few things to keep in mind
- Only items in their original condition are accepted - returns or exchanges with stains, missing tags, or hygiene liner removed will not be processed and will be returned to sender
- Please allow 2–3 business days from receipt for our team to process your request
