Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and hygiene stickers still attached. Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)
  • Non-Eligible Items: Items purchased with discount codes or during site-wide sales are eligible for store credit only. Items on clearance are final sales and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit
  • Conditions: Refunds are issued as store credit for all full-priced items/orders returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping is at the buyer's expense
  • Processing: Please allow 2-3 business days from delivery for our team to process your return. If an item does not meet these conditions, it may be rejected, and returned to sender
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges


Please note that shipping charges are Non-Refundable

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are available for all full-priced items/orders within 14 days of delivery (1 time exchange)
  • Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags and hygiene stickers still attached. Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice)
  • One Exchange Only: We offer a single exchange per order. Once an exchange has been processed (whether for one item or the entire order), no additional exchanges can be requested for that same order.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Items purchased with discount codes or during site-wide sales are eligible for store credit only. Items on clearance are final sales and are not eligible for exchanges
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges


We recommend keeping your tracking details as Kinikove is not liable for returns/exchanges lost in transit.

Faulty Items

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused! At KiniKove, we pride ourselves on maintaining strict quality control across all our stock. If you believe that you have received faulty or incorrect items, please email our team at kinikove@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly investigate the issue and assist you further.


Please note: KiniKove will not be responsible for any damage caused to items from washing machines, laundry products, or wearing - this includes items being caught on a washing machine or products causing stains, bleaching or dye leaking, etc.

To avoid any items being damaged, KiniKove advises a cold hand wash always.

Important Notes

  • Original Condition: Only items in their original condition are accepted for returns or exchanges. Returns with stains, missing tags, or hygiene stickers will not be processed.
  • Processing Time: Allow 2-3 business days from delivery for our team to process your return or exchange
